48-Hour Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because waxing appointments require dedicated time that is difficult to refill on short notice, a 48-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. ⸻ Cancellation Notice Period * 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel without a cancellation fee. Your deposit remains non-refundable. * Less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the total cost of all services booked, regardless of the reason. ⸻ Service Changes & Rescheduling * Late service changes (removal or reduction within 48 hours): Any reduced or removed services are considered a late cancellation and may be charged at 100% of the affected service(s). * Rescheduling within 48 hours: Considered a late cancellation. A new deposit is required to rebook, and applicable cancellation fees still apply. Rescheduling does not reset or bypass the cancellation policy. ⸻ Late Arrivals * Late arrivals: If you arrive too late for your full service to be completed, your appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly. ⸻ Fees, Balances & Booking Privileges * Outstanding balances: Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. * Booking privileges: Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, unpaid fees, or no-shows may result in required prepayment for future appointments or loss of booking privileges. ⸻ A valid card on file is required to book. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize applicable fees to be charged to the card on file.
